Understanding The Process

This process takes about the 10-15 minutes, maybe longer if emotions are extremely high and/or the situation is complicated. It works best when you go through it on paper because it keeps you focused, but you could go through it verbally, too. The most important parts are the sequence and the freedom to let yourself go. You can rip the paper into shreds when you are finished!
